Thank you for your interest in Just One More Chapter and for considering me to review your books. My blog is completely voluntary and is something that I enjoy doing with my free time. I typically try to spend 10-15 hours per week on content for my blog, which does not include reading time.
I would love to help promote your book in anyway possible. I am currently accepting books for review from authors, publishers, and publicists. I am also more than willing to participate in blog tours and publish guest post and/or interviews. To get an idea of the types of reviews I write and what you may end up receiving from me check out my review section.
I love to read and I am quick when I get the time, but I am expecting a baby in August who will come first! If you have an urgent request, I will do my very best to accommodate you. I will not be able to accept all books for review.

Accepted Genres:
I accept almost all young adult novels, historical fiction, fantasy, contemporary, romantic suspense and children’s literature. I am also willing to accept some nonfiction books. I am trying to expand my literary experiences so I’m also willing to try new genres.
I am not interested in anything considered “adult” or graphic.
A Note of Series Books: I will not read a series book out of order I will only read the books in order that the story line allows.
Accepted Formats:
I prefer finished copies of novels however advanced review copies are accepted as well. I prefer hard copies of books but will review the occasional ebook if it sparks my interest and is not available in hard copy. I’m not picky and believe good stories can be found anywhere. I accept books from the big publishing houses, small and independent publishers, and self-published authors.
Expectations and Review:
My acceptance of a review copy does not guarantee that I will write a review.
I write reviews that are honest and will help my readers select quality books. I do not write overly negative reviews and try to find positives in every book I review. I always include book cover, synopsis, and my personal thoughts about the book in each review.
Time Frame:
If the book is an ARC, I will try to review the book in the month surrounding its release date, and definitely before the release date, and definitely before the release date. I will do my best to publish a review within 2 months from the day I receive the book in the mail. Reviews are done on a first come first serve basis. Contact me if there is a need to put a rush on your review (upcoming book signing, etc.)
Review Requests:
If your book falls into one of the above categories, please email me at justonemorechapter@hotmail.com. If I find the book meets my criteria I will accept it however this does not mean that I will write a review. If I do review your book I cannot give you an exact date when the review will be done. Instead I will email you a link at your request.
Interviews, guest blogs, and book giveaways can be scheduled to promote your book. Please contact me to schedule your promotion.
Compensation/Disclaimer:
I receive no monetary compensation from the books that I review when I am sent a book for review all the publisher/author should expect is an honest review. The only monetary gain that I may possibly receive is from Amazon Associates or as a Book Depository Affiliate.
